Where We Ship:

ChicLittleDevil.com will ship ANYWHERE in the world. 


How We Provide shipping:

In order to help keep our prices reasonable, we ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS). All orders will have delivery confirmation tracking available. US orders are most commonly shipped USPS Priority with Delivery Confirmation (occasionally First Class with Delivery Confirmation depending on weight), and International orders are shipped USPS Express.

We ship to the address you provided us with at checkout.

Your tracking number is available on our site, and you may track your package online at www.usps.com any time. Please note that USPS often takes 24-72 hours for orders to appear trackable online.

We ship 4-5 days per week, Monday-Friday. Your order will be shipped within 1-7 days of payment when it has completed processing. 



In the US: $8 for the first item & $2 for each additional item.

International: $29 for the first item & $2 for each additional item. 


Free Shipping:

Orders totaling over $250 will receive FREE standard shipping, ONLY within the USA. Due to high shipping rates, we do not offer free shipping internationally. Free shipping does not apply to express orders, and insurance will not be included for free. 


Express Shipping:

If you would like express overnight shipping, we are happy to oblige. There is an additional charge for express shipping, which must be paid by the customer. Please contact us with your order number for an express shipping quote. Please contact us on the same day you place your order to ensure that it has not already gone out. 



There is an additional charge for insurance. If you would like your package insured, please inform us on the same day you checkout at customerservice@chiclittledevil.com. Be sure to include your order number in the email. We will inform you of the additional charge. 



Please bear in mind that as an off-price resource, ChicLittleDevil.com works hard to give you the best prices possible.

Return Policy:

  • ONLY STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED, WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS!! This policy is stated in terms & conditions as well; and in purchasing from our site, you are agreeing fully to these terms.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 4 calendar days of the date it was received (the postmark on the return package must be within 4 days of the date the package was received).
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags which it arrived with still attached.
  • Please Note: We do not issue store credit for the shipping and handling charges from or to us.
  • Packages that arrive postmarked with any date beyond 4 days of the date of customer receipt will be returned to sender and are not eligible for store credit. 

Refunds & Processing Time: 

If your package arrives at ChicLittleDevil.com postmarked within the 4-day timeline specified above, your store credit will be processed within 5 business days from the date we receive it.

You will be notified via email to the email address listed on your account or on your payment when this store credit has been issued (along with a code to redeem it). 


We do not offer exchanges, however you are welcome to use your store credit toward any item in our store in any size, color etc. 

To Make a Return

US or International clients should submit a return request through the customer portal on chiclittledevil.com. If you do not have an account with us, you may contact us at customerservice@chiclittledevil.com and notify us that you need to make a return. We are active on our customer service email daily, but please give us at least 1-2 business days to reply (more on Holidays).

You will find our return mailing address on the invoice included in your original order package. To ensure quick retrieval of your order in our system, you MUST include the following information inside the return package:

  1. First and last name
  2. The e-mail address used in the order
  3. Order number

You must return the item at your expense (no shipping costs will be reimbursed), and it must have tracking.

Acceptable forms of return mail include USPS (ONLY if delivery confirmation tracking is provided), Fedex and UPS.

Your store credit will be processed within 5 business days from the date we receive the returned item.
